Parties and scope

These terms govern the use of the insider app for iOS and related services between you and Kaan Ozcagiran, who offers the service under the Obscura Technology brand.

Age and device use

The community is designed for people aged 18 and over. Only one insider app account can be linked to a device at a time. You can release the device with your password in Settings and privacy to switch accounts; you do not need to delete the previous account. An Apple subscription linked to one account does not transfer to another.

Invite-only access

insider app is not open to general registration. You may join with a single-use invitation and email verification. Invitation codes are non-transferable and may not be resold.

Account security

You are responsible for protecting your account credentials. Tell us immediately if you notice unauthorized use of your account.

Membership and auto-renewal

Community access requires membership after invitation and identity verification. Paid purchases are disabled in the test build. Once available, membership renews automatically each month through Apple; renewal can be turned off in Apple subscription settings. Cancellation during a current period keeps access until the end of that period.

No investment advice

insider app does not place trades, broker asset purchases or sales, or provide personalized investment advice. Nothing on the platform should be interpreted as investment advice. Market prices may be delayed.

Content and theses

The theses you share are locked with asset, direction, target, verification rule, source and applicable timing conditions. Once data access is enabled, new US stock/ETF theses will record a target trading day; crypto theses retain their own timing conditions. Locked conditions cannot be changed and old theses are not subsequently converted to the new verification model. Sharing content that is false, misleading or clearly not yours is prohibited.

Market data and thesis outcomes

The US stock/ETF model is prepared for Twelve Data; new prices, charts and stock theses stay closed until commercial display scope and definitive daily evidence are verified. BIST cannot be supplied commercially through the current provider. The planned stock model uses only the target day’s regular-session high and low; earlier days, extended-hours trades and live feeds do not determine outcomes. At least 48 hours and split checks are safety requirements, not a guarantee that the provider has completed every correction. Missing or unverifiable evidence and split-affected records await review; target prices are not automatically adjusted. Not all corporate actions are covered. Reaching the target scores +20; missing it or reaching only invalidation scores −10. If one daily bar reaches both levels, the result is indeterminate and scores 0, with no failure added to accuracy, streaks or group bonuses. Existing locked and crypto theses retain their rules. Market data is for research and grants no redistribution or bulk extraction right.

Acceptable use

The following are prohibited:

• Illegal content or manipulative market behavior.
• Threats, harassment, hate speech or impersonation.
• Sharing other users’ private information without permission.
• Disrupting the service, scraping data or attempting to breach security.

Moderation and sanctions

You can report inappropriate theses, profiles and messages in the app and block members. Automated text checks are a first layer; authorized moderators review reports. Report counts alone do not trigger penalties. Three violations confirmed by the platform administrator result in a 30-day suspension. The first confirmed violation after return results in permanent account closure and revocation of unused invitations. Use the support address to appeal.

Intellectual property

The Obscura Technology brand, logo and service interface belong to us. You represent that content you share is yours and that it may be displayed within the community.

Termination and deletion

You may delete your account at any time from within the app. We may close an account for serious violations of the community rules. Apple subscriptions are not automatically cancelled; manage them through Apple.

Limitation of liability

The service is provided “as is.” Losses arising from investment decisions are the user’s responsibility. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages.

Changes

When we update these terms, we publish them on this page and notify you in-app for material changes.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Türkiye. Istanbul (Çağlayan) courts and enforcement offices have jurisdiction, without prejudice to mandatory consumer jurisdiction rules.
